ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Denocciolato olive oil has lower acidity and nearly twice the polyphenol content compared to traditional oil extracted with the pit. It has a pale golden yellow color and a clear appearance, offering delicate and subtle aromas of olives, with hints of white fruit reminiscent of banana and apple. On the palate, it is harmonious and well-balanced, with pronounced, persistent, and clean fruity sensations. The balanced yet distinct bitterness and spiciness, combined with its smooth texture, make it particularly pleasant to the taste.
