VINEYARDS 
Located in Ittiri, northwest Sardinia, with an average vine age of 23 years. The planting layout is 2.5m between rows and 1m within the row. The training system is espalier with Guyot pruning, which requires annual renewal of the fruit-bearing cane. The soil, worked mechanically, is fertilized every other year with composted organic fertilizers.

Predominantly limestone.

VINIFICATION AND AGING 
Grapes harvested at full ripeness, vinified in stainless steel tanks with maceration for three weeks at controlled temperature and with selected yeasts. Stabilized and filtered at bottling.
